Qualifications

• Proven experience in installing windows, doors, roofs, gutters, or siding.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work at heights.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Measure materials according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Cut and fit materials for a precise finish.
• Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners for a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on every jobsite.
• Coordinate with production staff on materials, scheduling, and inspections.
• Ensure timely project completion and report delays.
• Represent Southern Industries on site.
