Job summary

Southern Industries Home Improvement is hiring skilled installers for windows, baths, and siding. You will measure, cut, and fit materials, deliver precise finishes, and maintain a clean, safe worksite while coordinating with our production team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in installing windows, doors, roofs, gutters, or siding in home improvement projects.
• Valid driver’s license needed.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Measure according to guidelines and standards, cut and fit materials.
• Ensure precise finishes and clean installations.
• Maintain safe, clean worksite and coordinate with production team.
• Communicate with homeowners to ensure positive experience.
• Ensure timely completion and report delays or issues.
