Job summary
Bath & Cabinet Experts in Indiana is seeking a Shower & Bath Installer to join our award-winning team. You’ll install bath systems quickly using carpentry, plumbing, and construction skills, with all tools provided.
We offer paid on-the-job training, a full-time W2 role with medical, dental, vision, PTO including holidays and a birthday off, plus a 401(k) with 4% company match. Consistent year-round work and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing or construction is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
- Ability to handle physical workload and consistently lift 50+ pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately take and read measurements.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Install bath systems in 1-2 days using carpentry, plumbing, and construction skills.
- All showers are installed with Jacuzzi branded panel systems—NO TILE.
- Respect the homeowner's property by maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Adhere to installation standards while performing service requests.
