Job summary

INX International is seeking Batchweigher/Mixer Operators for the 3rd shift to manufacture high‑quality ink. We will train the right candidate to operate a mill and perform TPM activities.

Expected duties include mixing batches, sampling, testing temperatures, and delivering loads to staging areas. Applicants should have at least three months of related experience, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Three months of related work experience.
• Demonstrate good math skills and basic computer skills.
• Reliable to work assigned shift and flexible for overtime.
• Strong Autonomous Maintenance background.
• Ability to participate actively on multi-disciplinary teams.
• Good attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Mix batches of ink as directed by the supervisor.
• Provide batch samples to QC and make additions as directed.
• Test and track the temperature of the batch when needed.
• Deliver batches to mill staging areas as directed.
• Dispose of dirty solvent and notify supervisor after completion.
• Label solvent tubs for cleaning mixers as Flammable and keep grounded.
• Maintain mixers, including lubrication; report mechanical defects.
• Change mixer blades when needed.
• Use required PPE (dust mask, gloves, apron, glasses).
• Follow safety rules at all times.

We are seeking Mixer Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink. We will train right candidate to operate a mill machine and on TPM activities. As a Mixer Operator, you will be required to:

• Mix batches of ink as directed by the supervisor.
• Providebatch samples to QC as needed and makeany additions as directed.
• Testand track the temperature of the batch when needed.
• Deliverbatches to mill staging areas as directed.

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

• Have threemonths of related work experience.
• Demonstrate good math skills and basic computer skills.
• Be reliableto work assigned shift.
• Be flexible to work overtime as required.
• Have a strong Autonomous Maintenance (AM) background.
• Be able to perform an active role onmulti-disciplinary teams.
• Have good attendanceand punctuality.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Forklift experience, but we can train you if you lack experience.
• Mixing, milland pump filter industry background.
• Previous experience in the ink industry.
