Job summary

INX International is seeking Mill/Mixer Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink. We will train the right candidate to operate a Mill Machine and TPM activities.

You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining equipment, weighing and mixing batches, operating the Hockmeyer mill, and ensuring data is recorded accurately. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 3 months related experience, math and basic computer skills, reliability for shift work, and willingness to

• High school diploma or GED required/desired.
• At least 3 months of related work experience.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Reliable and able to work assigned shifts.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Autonomous Maintenance background.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Good attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the mill/mixer to TPM standards.
• Weigh-up batches following process orders and shift steps.
• Mix batches, discharge pigment, and operate mixer safely.
• Run and maintain Hockmeyer mill operation for optimal efficiency.
• Create and maintain a database of formulas and processing times.
• Handle canning and operate press-out unit, pumps, filters, and forklift.
• Serve as QC liaison, provide ink samples and adjust formulations.
• Complete scheduled maintenance and troubleshoot procedures.
• Assist with repacks and other TPM-related tasks.

Job Description

We are seeking Mill/Mixer Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink. We will train right candidate to operate a Mill Machine and on TPM activities. As aMill/Mixer Operator you will be responsible for:

• Cleaning and maintaining machine to TPM Standards
• Learning and applying TPM knowledge to daily activities
• Weigh-Up Batches: Following process order of addition.Shift auto and manual steps
• Mix Batch: Dischargingpigment and operatingmixer safely; following and adheringto all INX Mixer SOP's
• Hockmeyer mill operation: Running and maintaining optimum OEE (overall equipmenteffectiveness) standards
• Creatingand maintaining a database of all existing formulas including processing times
• Canning
• Operatingthe following: Press out unit, pump filter equipment, and forklift
• Acting as a QC liaison, providingink samples, makingink adjustments, and recording data
• Completingscheduled maintenance,and troubleshooting procedures
• Helping with repacks

Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

• Have a high school diploma or (GED) desired;
• Have 3 months of work related experience
• Demonstrate good math and basic computer skills,
• Be reliableto work assigned shift
• Be flexible to work overtime as required
• Have a strong Autonomous Maintenance (AM) background.
• Be able to perform an active role with any multi disciplinary teams.
• Have good attendanceand punctuality
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as required

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:

• Forklift experience, but we can train you
• Mixing, Mill, and Pump filter industry background
• Previous experience within the Ink Industry
