Job summary

DrinkPAK II, LLC is seeking a Batching Technician in Fort Worth, TX to prep, weigh, and mix ingredients according to product recipes. You will document batch details and ensure sanitation and safety standards are met, collaborating with QA to adjust parameters as needed.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and the ability to follow SOPs. Prior food/beverage manufacturing experience and forklift familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in food/beverage manufacturing preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written recipes and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Precisely inspects, stages, weighs, and mixes ingredients per recipes.
• Documents lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates on formulas.
• Sanitation and cleaning of batching equipment and fillers.
• Operates forklift to load sugar and related materials.
• Complies with GMPs and food safety standards.
• Maintains accurate batch records and quality checklists.
