DrinkPAK, LLC in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking a Technician for packaging to ensure safety, quality, and throughput on the production lines. You will participate in daily reporting, inspect products, and support multiple stations such as depalletizer, pasteurizer, filler, and sleever.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical certifications or vocational training in mechatronics or industrial maintenance is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in a food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, preferably in high-speed packaging, bottling, or canning operation.
• Experience operating, setting up, or maintaining packaging line equipment (e.g., labelers, fillers, case packers, palletizers, shrink wrappers).
• Working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety regulations; hands-on cleanroom or sanitary production protocols preferred.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills; able to identify and report equipment issues or perform minor adjustments.
• Ability to problem solve and multitask; 2 years working in a team setting.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately completes quality and production reports; visually inspects product to prevent non-conforming goods.
• Demonstrates aptitude to work in all areas of production; troubleshoots minor issues and performs relief duties.
• Adheres to safety programs, GMPs, and DrinkPAK policies and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping and monitors raw materials to minimize downtime.
• Interacts with leadership and completes special projects as assigned.
