Job summary

DrinkPAK II, LLC seeks an Electro-Mechanical Technician to ensure equipment uptime, troubleshoot and repair fillers, seamer, pasteurizers, conveyors, and packaging lines at our Fort Worth facility. The role collaborates with operators and maintenance staff to resolve issues during shifts and improve processes.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in a similar role, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred in manufacturing, manufacturing technology, mechatronics, industrial manufacturing, manufacturing automation, or other similar specialization.
• 4–6 years of experience in a similar position; experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment; 4–6 years of experience managing projects.
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, packaging, or canning industries preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics, technical drawings, and testing equipment.
• Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other equipment at the facility.
• Modify, lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment in accordance with DrinkPAK’s defined processes.
• Maintain industrial control systems.
• Work independently and with other team members to safely and timely complete repairs.
• Create and report repairs throughout the shift and document parts usage.
• Follow plant safety rules and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
