Job summary

DrinkPAK II, LLC seeks a Quality Technician I to perform routine inspections, testing, and quality checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

This entry-level role supports QA and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction. The position is based at the Fort Worth facility with 12-hour shifts, day/night rotation, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
• Experience with quality testing, food safety, or lab work is a plus.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
• Ability to read and communicate in English; strong data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure GMP and food safety requirements and policies are implemented and respected.
• Coordinate food safety programs (HACCP, Environmental Monitoring, Pest Management, sampling plans).
• Support corrective actions for identified gaps.
• Enter data into the QMS accurately and timely.
• Manage QMS transactions (releases, blocks, returns).
• Issue Certificate of Analysis to customers and maintain records.
