Job summary

DrinkPAK II, LLC is hiring for a Full-time Production Operator at our Fort Worth, TX facility. You will handle daily line activities, inspect products for quality, and report defects while supporting a safe, efficient packaging operation. The role offers day or night shifts with a 12-hour schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Must have 1–2 years in manufacturing and a High School Diploma or GED. Familiarity with ERP/WMS/SCADA systems is a plus; strong teamwork and problem-solving skills are

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in food, beverage, or pharma manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with high-speed packaging, bottling, or canning operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations recommended.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to report issues.

Responsibilities

• Accurately completes quality and production reports.
• Inspects product visually and physically to prevent non-conforming goods.
• Reports defects to shifts leadership and maintains safety standards.
• Operates and troubleshoots multiple packaging line equipment.
• Maintains housekeeping and ensures materials are stocked to minimize downtime.
• Supports cross-functional teams and adheres to safety rules and GMPs.
