Job summary

DrinkPAK is seeking a Batching Technician for our Fort Worth, Texas facility. The role focuses on accurate batching, weighing, and mixing of ingredients per recipes, with collaboration with Quality on analytical results to adjust batches as needed.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1–3 years in food/beverage manufacturing. Forklift experience is preferred, with GMP and food safety standards guiding daily tasks and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years in food/beverage manufacturing, production, or mixing/blending is a plus.
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, packaging, or canning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Precisely inspects, stages, weighs, and mixes ingredients per recipes.
• Collaborates with Quality on analytical results and adjusts batches as needed.
• Pre-weighs blends and liquefies components for beverage prep.
• Documents lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates per regulations.
• Maintains sanitation of batching equipment and fillers and operates forklift safely.
• Adheres to GMPs and Food Safety Standards; follows SOPs.
