You will collaborate with Quality on analytical results, document batch records, and maintain GMP and food safety standards while operating batching equipment and a forklift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in food/beverage manufacturing, production, or mixing is a plus.
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, packaging, or canning preferred.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and SOPs.
• Familiarity with GMP and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, stage, weigh, and mix ingredients per recipes.
• Collaborate with Quality on results and adjust batches (e.g., Brix, Acid, pH, color).
• Pre-weigh blends and liquefy components for beverage prep.
• Document batch records, lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates.
• Clean and sanitize batching equipment and fillers (CIPs, foaming equipment, hand brushing).
• Operate forklift to load sugar; follow safety procedures.
• Maintain GMP and food safety standards; ensure area cleanliness.
• Complete hourly inspection sheets and support leadership as needed.
