Job summary

Octopi Brewing, part of Asahi Beer USA, in Wisconsin, is hiring a Batching Team Brewer to join our production floor. You’ll measure, weigh, and blend ingredients for beer, seltzers, RTDs, and sodas with recipe-driven precision.

The role emphasizes hands-on work across our full product range, with opportunities to grow through our Brewer Career Matrix and a focus on safety and quality standards on every batch.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a brewing or production environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility in working hours.

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate all batching equipment, including CIP and manual cleaning of equipment and piping.
• Follow recipes and production steps with precision, weighing, measuring, and handling ingredients and additives.
• Prepare and add flavorings, additives, and other ingredients accurately across our full range of products.
• Communicate and coordinate with Cellar, Inventory, and Scheduling teams to ensure products are completed efficiently and on time.
• Keep batching documentation accurate and complete, and perform pre-batching quality checks.
• Produce in-spec product every time, following safety protocols and SOPs.
