Niagara Bottling is seeking a Batching Operator to join our Rialto plant. The role involves precise batching, weighing, and mixing of ingredients per recipes, with close collaboration with QA on analytical results and batch adjustments as needed.

Responsibilities include pre-weighing, blending, and documenting lot numbers, while maintaining CIP cleaning and sanitation of equipment. The position requires forklift operation, safety compliance, and attendance adherence.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required and safe operation of the forklift.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
• Flexibility to work up to 12 hour shifts, day or night, including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Precisely inspects, weighs, and mixes ingredients according to recipes.
• Pre-weighs, blends, and liquefies components for beverage preparation.
• Documents lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates on formulas.
