Job summary

City Brewing Company in Wisconsin is seeking a batching coordinator to assist in the batching department’s administrative responsibilities, including data entry, inventory management, and supply ordering. You will support cross-department communication and help maintain production schedules.

Key duties include ordering and inventorying department supplies, performing recordkeeping, assisting with SOP creation, supporting audits, and handling ingredient inventory administrative tasks; overtime

Qualifications

• Requires strong data entry and inventory management experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities are essential.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive and inventory department supplies.
• Perform recordkeeping and data entry tasks.
• Assist with SOP creation and modification.
• Assist with audit functions as needed.
• Perform administrative duties related to ingredient inventory management.
• Support staging function for completion of the production schedule.
• Communicate cross departmentally as necessary to accomplish all tasks.
