Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a high‑speed manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and security standards.
• Must pass forklift certification program.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the work of other employees.
• Analyze and adjust production processes to minimize material waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.

Skills

Ability to read and interpret measurements

Background in processing batches

Understanding of Food Safety Requirements

Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and SAP

Problem-solving skills

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Undergraduate degree in Food Science or related discipline
