Job summary

Refresco in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a manufacturing operator to support high-speed beverage production lines, ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will perform batching/blending, operate forklifts, verify ingredients, document processes, and maintain sanitation. Must lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to follow SOPs and QA instructions.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-speed beverage manufacturing environments.
• Ability to perform under high-stress conditions and meet schedules.
• Sound mathematical skills for measurements and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and wear PPE.
• Perform batching/blending operations and record amounts accurately.
• Verify ingredients against SAP and quality parameters.
• Transport ingredients using forklift and maintain sanitation.
• Complete all batch documentation and coordinate with QA/Blending.
• Support CIP/COP sanitation and equipment cleaning.
• Report non-compliance or safety issues to management.
