Job summary

Impact Staffing is seeking a Mixer/Batcher for a brand-new food manufacturing facility in Atlanta, GA. The role pays $18.00–$20.00 per hour on the 2nd shift (3:00pm–1:30am), Monday–Thursday with Friday work and overtime available.

You will assemble and mix dry goods, read batch sheets, weigh ingredients, maintain records, and uphold GMP standards. Ideal candidates have batching experience in a food manufacturing setting, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stand for long periods while

Qualifications

• Prior batching or mixing experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read batch sheets.
• Strong attention to detail with weighing and measuring.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and mix dry goods for production according to production requirements.
• Read and follow batch sheets accurately.
• Weigh and measure ingredients and materials to specification.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and in compliance with GMP and food safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
