Job summary

Custom Building Products, LLC seeks a Batch Operator for our Lithia Springs, GA plant. You will blend products, handle raw materials, and support production goals while upholding safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

This 2nd shift role (Mon-Thu, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM) includes a $1.00/hr shift premium and potential overtime; performance-based increases after 90 days. Growth opportunities across departments are available.

Qualifications

• Must follow formulas and production instructions precisely.
• Weigh, measure, and load ingredients into mixers.
• Operate mixing and blending equipment for cement, grout, mastic, and cleaning products.
• Maintain accurate production records and shift handoff docs.
• Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow formulas and production instructions precisely to ensure product quality.
• Weigh, measure, and load ingredients into mixers per specifications; coordinate with QC.
• Operate mixing equipment for cement, grout, mastic, and cleaners; monitor automated systems.
