Impact Staffing is seeking a Mixer/Blender Operator for a large food manufacturer in Tucker, GA. This temp-to-hire, 2nd shift position runs 1:00pm to 9:30pm, Monday through Friday, offering hands-on blending work with raw materials and production specs.

You will monitor equipment, perform routine checks, and record batch details while following safety and quality guidelines. Candidates should have basic mechanical aptitude, forklift certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1+ years experience operating industrial mixing/blending equipment.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mixing equipment to blend raw materials according to production specs
• Perform routine equipment checks to catch issues before they become downtime
• Record batch numbers, quantities, and any deviations from standard procedure
• Follow safety and quality guidelines throughout the shift
