Job summary

DFAMILK is seeking a production worker to oversee mix room operations, following schedules and formulas to plan the sequence of mix from tanks.

Responsibilities include collecting samples for QA testing, ensuring sanitary procedures, maintaining ingredient knowledge, reporting quality issues, and complying with GMP and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Production or general work experience preferred.

• Collect required samples needed for Quality Assurance testing
• Exercise care and follow all sanitary process procedures associated with the pumping of mix
• Maintain working knowledge related to ingredient mix for batching purposes
• Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately
• Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
• Follow all GMP and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements

• Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
