Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Batch Plant Operator (Portable H) to support operations at our Roanoke TX location, with duties at Justin, TX as needed.

You will batch product, monitor material quality, and coordinate with central dispatch to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining accurate reporting. The role requires 1–3 years of dispatch or customer service experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to work overtime, including Saturdays and overnights, in a demanding plant

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of related customer service or dispatch experience.
• Proficient with dispatch systems, PC, and telephone equipment.
• Able to work overtime including Saturdays and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Batch product with proper mix using computer or manual controls.
• Communicate with drivers to complete orders, schedule deliveries, and handle paperwork.
• Provide leadership or guidance to less experienced employees as needed and train new staff.
