Amrize is seeking a Batch Plant Operator to support our Waxahachie, TX operations. You will batch materials, liaise with drivers, and monitor equipment status to ensure timely deliveries and KPIs.

The role involves safety adherence and potential leadership of junior staff. Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 1–3 years in a dispatch or customer-service setting, with basic math and computer skills required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years in customer service or dispatch.
• Computer skills: Dispatch systems, PC, headset.

Responsibilities

• Batch product using proper mix and adjust materials as needed.
• Coordinate with drivers to schedule deliveries and paperwork.
• Lead or guide less experienced staff and prioritize plant tasks.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance at all times.
