Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. seeks a Batch Plant Operator (Portable B) near the DFW area to support batching, inventory control, and plant equipment operation. You will coordinate with dispatch, ensure KPI reporting, and uphold safety standards.

Must have 1–3 years of customer service/dispatch experience, basic math and computer skills, and ability to work overtime as needed. Dallas is the nearest major market.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years in customer service or dispatch.
• Computer skills: Dispatch systems, PC, telephone headset.
• Basic computer and mathematics skills.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, climb stairs, and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Batch product using computer or manual controls with proper mix and adjustments.
• Coordinate with drivers to complete orders and schedule deliveries.
• Provide oversight to less experienced staff and train new employees as needed.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and environmental requirements are followed at all times.
• Commit to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work areas.
