Ready Mixed Concrete Co., a CRH Company, is the premier concrete supplier in the Omaha-Council Bluffs metro area. The Batch Plant Operator controls production and load out, schedules deliveries, and collaborates with dispatch to meet plant requirements.

Responsibilities include batching loads to designs, monitoring gauges and machinery, ensuring in-spec concrete, maintaining records, and upholding safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of concrete or construction-related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Batch concrete loads according to designs and dispatch orders.
• Monitor gauges and equipment to meet processing specs.
• Coordinate batching and loading for on-time, in-spec concrete.
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply with regulations.
• Maintain time and material records and assist with quality control.
