Job summary
Ready Mixed Concrete Co., a CRH Company, is seeking a foreperson to lead crews in manufacturing ready-mix concrete, hot-mix asphalt, and aggregates in the Omaha-Council Bluffs metro area. You will oversee quality control, safety, and material delivery while coordinating with Area and Operations Managers on production and pricing.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years of related experience, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in the operation of asphalt, aggregate or ready-mixed concrete facilities or other related industry preferred.
- Experience using TrackIt, Video Driving Review Software, Command or similar software preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers in the manufacturing of ready-mix concrete, hot-mix asphalt and/or aggregates.
- Ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of materials.
- Communicate with Area Managers and Operations Manager on issues affecting personnel, safety, production, and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with city, state, and federal regulations and prepare payroll/documents.
