Job summary

Idaho Materials & Construction is seeking a Batch Plant Operator to control production, load-out, and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of materials. You will work with dispatch instructions, ensuring on‑time, in‑spec concrete for customers.

The role requires attention to regulatory compliance, ability to test and adjust mix designs, and proficiency with standard plant software; CDL preferred and ACI level 1 certification encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to Two years batching-related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions; communicate effectively on radio/phone.

Responsibilities

• Batch concrete loads according to mix designs and specifications.
• Batching operations performed safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Produce on-time and in-spec concrete for customers; manage delivery tickets.
