Ready Mixed Concrete Co., a CRH Company, is seeking a Relief Batchperson (Internal Applicants Only) in Millard, NE to operate the batch plant, control production and load out, and coordinate with dispatch for timely deliveries.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1-2 years concrete or construction experience, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. PPE, safety policies, and pre-employment screening apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of concrete or construction-related experience required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Batch concrete loads according to designs and dispatch orders.
• Monitor gauges, dials, and operation of machinery to ensure specs.
• Coordinate batching and loading of all concrete leaving plant.
• Maintain time and material records.
• Follow safety policies and environmental regulations.
