Job description

Position: Batch Plant Operator

1. Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 (DOE)
2. Schedule: Monday - Friday, from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with start and finish times potentially varying between 4:00 AM and 6:00 PM
3. Position Description:

• Operate and maintain batch plant equipment, including mixers and conveyor belts.
• Use Skako software or similar systems to manage mixer settings and ensure accurate mixing.
• Monitor the mixing process, making adjustments to meet quality standards.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance to ensure safety and functionality.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures for safe maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety policies and regulations.

1. Position Requirements:

• Experience with mixers, preferably in concrete, food, or similar industries.
• Understanding of Skako software and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
