We are currently seeking experienced Batch Plant Operators for the Bridgeport, TX area. Our company excels in construction projects, and we are looking for talented professionals who want to grow with us.

The primary responsibility of this role is to operate the plant efficiently to meet daily production goals while ensuring safety.

Functional Areas of Responsibility

• HMAC plant facility operations

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Load proper materials into trucks for delivery to specific jobs
• Communicate with dispatch and paving crews
• Receive incoming material tickets
• Report issues to foreman or superintendent
• Work days, nights, and weekends with extended hours at various locations
• Maintain plant cleanliness and perform basic maintenance
• Operate plant controls to produce HMAC meeting specifications
• Work at heights up to 70 feet, in hot and cold weather, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Follow all safety procedures and conduct JHA’s and toolbox safety meetings
• Supervise plant crew when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
