Austin Bridge & Road is seeking experienced Batch Plant Operators in Farmersville, TX. We are committed to excellence and looking for talented construction professionals to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant efficiently to meet daily production goals while maintaining safety standards.
• Load proper materials into trucks for delivery to specific jobs.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and paving crews.
• Receive and process incoming material tickets.
• Report issues to foreman or superintendent promptly.
• Work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and at various locations.
• Maintain plant cleanliness and perform routine maintenance.
• Operate plant controls to produce HMAC meeting specifications.
• Work at heights up to 70’, in hot and cold weather, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Follow all safety procedures and conduct safety meetings.
• Supervise plant crew as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
