Job summary

Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Batch Operator in Nashua, NH to support daily production, operate industrial mixing and dispensing equipment, and ensure accurate preparation of chemical and pigment-based products.

The ideal candidate will have basic math skills, safety awareness, and a willingness to learn. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus; training is provided. Pay is $27-$28 per hour DOE, with a Monday–Friday schedule and limited weekend work.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow written instructions and record measurements accurately.
• Strong math skills for calculating quantities and batch formulas.
• Safety-conscious with ability to work around chemicals and industrial equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn specialized production equipment.
• Good communication skills in English to understand procedures.
• Dependable with strong attendance and ability to work independently in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials according to formulas and specs.
• Operate industrial batch mixers, dispensing equipment, scales, shakers, and curing equipment.
• Enter and verify formulas, monitor dispensing processes, and maintain batch documentation.
• Perform product drawdowns, prepare samples for quality control, and ensure proper labeling.
• Package finished products, prepare shipments, and assist with palletizing and material handling.
• Maintain a clean, safe production environment and follow safety procedures.
• Support additional manufacturing operations and equipment maintenance as needed.
