Job summary

Meridian Adhesives Group is seeking a Batch Maker in the Production department in Billerica, MA. The role involves mixing raw chemical materials to create our epoxy products in a safe, compliant environment.

Candidates should have basic math skills and the ability to operate high-speed dispersers and read digital scales. Shift is 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, M-F, with a pay range of $22.00–$26.00 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to operate high-speed dispersers and other handling equipment.
• Ability to read digital scales.

Responsibilities

• Stages and manually charges necessary raw materials into mixing container.
• Follow batch work instructions to manufacture quality products.
• Monitors and controls mixing equipment to ensure batches meet work instructions.
• Adjust batches under QC guidance until approved.
• Follow manufacturing schedule and coordinate with Supervisor on improvements or concerns.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow PPE standards.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
