Job summary

PurposeBuilt Brands seeks a 1st/2nd Shift Batch Operator in Manchester, TN to keep production lines running. You will mix powders and liquids, operate packaging equipment, run quality tests, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in manufacturing, basic math, and strong communication. Forklift experience and bilingual English/Spanish are pluses; HS diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have good listening and interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in math.
• Ability to read and interpret recipes, weights, and measures.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
• High school diploma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Blend batches of powders and liquids per batching sheets and SOPs.
• Operate machines and packaging equipment for production.
• Perform routine quality testing and document production performance.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment; perform light mechanical adjustments.
• Pull materials required for production and verify them.
• Support continuous improvement activities and safety training.
