Job summary

Church & Dwight is seeking a Compounder/Batch Maker to support evening production in New Hampshire. The role involves transferring materials, batching, operating blenders, and maintaining safety while following GMP/SOPs. Candidates need a HS diploma or GED, basic math, and forklift certification.

Eligible for annual bonus and comprehensive benefits. You will report to the Processing Supervisor, work with WMS systems, and help ensure product quality and regulatory compliance on a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and communicate in English.
• Basic math skills required.
• Strong computer skills – operate automated systems or programming.
• Forklift certified.
• Able to follow directions and be detail oriented.
• Teamwork oriented with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Transfer semi-finish product from main vessel to tote run tank.
• Perform manual additions 80–100% of shift.
• Work with corrosive, acids, toxic, oxidizers and high temperature materials.
• Perform washouts, purges and batch changes per the batch sheet (FDA required).
• Obtain samples and submit to Quality for approval.
• Manage bulk liquid and dry inventory via WMS.
• Operate multiple blenders and add raw materials as directed.
