Job summary

Qualifications

• Read and interpret batching sheets to determine ingredient order and quantities.
• Stage ingredients, weigh into totes, and label for batching.
• Inspect ingredient bags for contamination, damage, or expiry.
• Record batch data, lot numbers and supplier on batch sheets.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the gravy room and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Participate in team development and ensure adherence to BEST practices.
• Follow Simmons operating systems and company policies.
• Record production data accurately and maintain traceability.
• Perform other duties as needed to support business objectives.
• Move bags and totes up to 40–60 pounds as part of daily tasks.
