Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings preferred.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.

Responsibilities

• Read batching sheets to determine ingredient order and quantity.
• Stage ingredients and clean totes.
• Record batch data including lot numbers and supplier on batch sheets.
• Inspect ingredient bags for integrity and contamination.
• Batch and weigh ingredients into totes and label them.
• Keep 15 batches ahead of the production schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness of the gravy room, filtration system, and dry ingredient area.
• Adhere to BEST practices and participate in team meetings.
