Custom Building Products in Logan Township, NJ seeks a Batch Operator on 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM) to blend chemicals accurately, load ingredients, and operate mixers, ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced plant.

You will maintain batch records, support packaging, and collaborate with Production and Maintenance. A high school diploma or GED is required; forklift experience is a plus, and the role offers overtime and a shift premium with potential pay increases after 90 days.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Follow formulas and production instructions to ensure product quality.
• Weigh, measure, and load ingredients into mixers; take samples and coordinate with QC.
• Operate mixing/blending equipment for cement, grout, mastic; monitor systems.
• Maintain production records and shift handoff documentation.
• Assist with packaging and material handling as needed.
