Meridian Adhesives Group seeks a hands‑on Compounder for the 1st shift in Fort Wayne, IN. You will stage ingredients, feed materials into mixing vessels, and run high‑speed dispersers under QC guidance to reach final batch approval.

Applicants should have basic math, read digital scales, and be able to lift 50–60 lbs. The role offers a strong benefits package, 21.00 USD/hour to start, and a quarterly bonus program.

Qualifications

• Basic math proficiency and ability to read digital scales.
• Experience operating high-speed dispersers and material handling equipment.
• Ability to read and comprehend English.
• Strength to lift 50–60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Stage ingredients and manually add them to mixing vessels per batch ticket.
• Operate and monitor high‑speed dispersers and other processing/handling equipment.
• Track parameters and adjust under Quality Control guidance until approved.
• Follow the daily manufacturing schedule; flag issues and improvements to the Supervisor.
• Maintain housekeeping to standard; report spills or hazards to your supervisor or safety.
• Uphold all PPE standards throughout the shift.
