Responsibilities

• Stage and manually charge raw materials into mixing container.
• Follow batch work instructions to manufacture quality products.
• Monitor and control mixing equipment to produce batches.
• Adjust batches under QC guidance until approved.
• Follow manufacturing schedule and communicate improvements with Supervisor.
• Cleanup work area to company standards.
• Ensure work area is safe and clean, reporting hazards immediately.
• Comply with all PPE standards.

Skills

Basic math skills

Operate high-speed dispersers and other handling equipment

Able to read and comprehend English

Ability to lift 50-60 pounds

Read digital scales
