Job summary

Meridian Adhesives Group is seeking a Batch Maker to mix raw chemical materials and produce quality products. You will stage and charge materials, monitor mixing equipment, and adjust batches under QC guidance.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with a starting pay of $19 per hour and eligibility for a productivity incentive plan. Perks include medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k) plan with company contributions, a Health Savings Account option, generous paid time off, and

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Operate high-speed dispersers and related equipment.
• Must be able to read and comprehend English.
• Able to lift 50–60 pounds.
• Must read and interpret digital scales.
• Chemical manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stages and manually charges necessary raw materials into mixing container.
• Follows batch work instructions to manufacture quality products.
• Monitors and controls mixing equipment to ensure batches follow work instructions.
• Adjust a batch under QC guidance until approved.
• Follows manufacturing schedule and communicates improvements or concerns with supervisor.
• Cleanup work area to company standards.
• Ensure work area is safe, clean, and free of hazards; report spills or hazards to supervisor or safety.
