Job summary

DAZN in New York is seeking a Content Creator to produce engaging social-first basketball content across our social channels. The role involves hands-on shooting, presenting on camera, and real-time editing during live games to drive audience conversation and fan engagement.

You will cover major moments, craft dynamic vertical videos, and collaborate with the Social Manager to evolve our basketball storytelling across platforms. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating engaging social-first content (portfolio required).
• Strong passion for basketball with extensive knowledge of basketball culture.
• Excellent on-camera presence and confidence presenting content regularly.
• Advanced skills in filming, editing, and producing content end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behaviors.
• Ability to work quickly and effectively in fast-paced, live-event environments.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish short-form content across TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Cover live basketball games and produce content in real time around key moments and fan conversations.
• Self-shoot, present, and appear on camera regularly as part of the content output.
• Edit high-quality vertical video content with fast turnaround times.
• Clip live game footage and transform key moments into engaging social content.
• Lead on reactive, personality-led content during live games and key basketball events.
• Identify trends and turn them into engaging basketball storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with the Social Manager and wider social team to execute content plans.
• Contribute creative ideas and new formats to evolve the basketball social presence.
