Prep Network, a national leader in prep coverage, events, and athlete recruitment, seeks a Show-case Director to lead planning and execution of youth basketball tournaments and showcases nationwide. You will be the face of the events team, ensuring first-class tournaments and elite experiences for players and teams.

You will work with HQ to organize every detail, manage staff, and communicate with facility contacts, coaches, and officials.

Qualifications

• Must be a current or past basketball coach with a passion for the game.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization across competing priorities.
• Experience running events or camps with 50-300 participants and a coaching staff.
• Decisive and adaptable, capable of problem solving on the fly.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience managing groups of 10+ people.
• Proficient with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and related tools.

Responsabilités

• Event execution: set-up, check-in, run of show, staff management.
• Planning and organizing: coordinate pre-event details with HQ.
• Communication: liaise with facility contacts, check-in staff, coaches, officials.
• Problem-solving: adapt to on-site and emergent situations.
• Public speaking to 50-300 players/parents delivering motivational message.
