Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.
• Experience in sports operations or event management.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on events.
• Experience with LeagueApps, TripleSeat, Tourney Machine, Exposure Basketball, Paycom preferred.
• Strong organizational and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily basketball operations for leagues, tournaments, camps, clinics, club teams, practices, rentals, and events.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and event logistics for programming and tournaments.
• Serve as on-site manager to ensure efficient operations and guest experience.
• Recruit, train, and supervise part-time staff, interns, coaches, and event staff.
• Communicate with coaches, parents, teams, officials, vendors about schedules and policies.
• Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and operational reporting as needed.
• Maintain records for programs, clubs, leagues, and events.
