The Maine Celtics seek a Coordinator of Basketball Operations to fuel team success behind the scenes. This role supports planning, logistics, travel, and inventory across practices, games, and road trips.

You will help onboard players and manage per diems while coordinating tickets and credentials for staff and visiting teams. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–2 years in sports operations or a related field, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, setup, and breakdown of practices, games, and team activities.
• Support player and staff travel logistics, including flight arrangements, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation.
• Assist with the development of road trip travel itineraries.
• Travel with the team to provide operational and logistical support.
• Support the onboarding process for new players.
• Oversee the inventory and distribution of team gear and equipment.
• Administer and distribute player and staff per diem.
• Coordinate ticket requests and credentials for players, staff, and visiting team personnel.
• Supervise team attendants and manage game day assignments and responsibilities.
• Provide operational and logistical support across all areas of the Basketball Operations department.
