Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic credential.
• 12 months of collegiate experience in the assigned sport or closely related field.
• Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in athletics operations or related environments preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead daily operations of practice, workouts, and weekly schedule.
• Manage support functions and facilities for practices and events (cleanliness, safety, security).
• Assist with events and facilities in day-to-day practice scheduling, event setup, logistics.
