• Retrieve, distribute, and manage game balls during home games, practices, and events.
• Position along court perimeter for efficient ball retrieval during live play and stoppages.
• Maintain supplies of dry, game-ready basketballs for players, referees, and staff.
• Coordinate with game operations staff, officials, and team personnel on ball handling procedures.
• Attend training sessions and pre-game briefings to review assignments and protocols.
• Perform pre-game and post-game duties including ball inspection, equipment setup, and storage of materials.
• Demonstrate professionalism and composure in a high-visibility arena environment in front of fans and cameras.
• Follow arena safety guidelines and policies while remaining fan-friendly.
