Job summary

The Sioux Falls Skyforce is hiring a Hospitality Specialist to support game-day setup, premium seating, and fan-experience package groups. You will help create welcoming environments and deliver outstanding guest service during events and non-event days.

The ideal candidate shows leadership, reliability, and a passion for hospitality in a professional sports setting. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and directing patrons throughout assigned areas of the venue during events and non-event days.
• Prepare and maintain hospitality spaces, including setting up food and beverage stations, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all service areas meet presentation standards.
• Monitor assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout the duration of events.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, escalating issues to supervisors as needed.
• Comply with all applicable health, safety, and alcohol service regulations while performing duties.
• Coordinate with event operations, catering, and facilities staff to ensure seamless service delivery before, during, and after events.
