You will promote skill development, manage equipment and records, and engage families to deliver a high-quality member experience while supporting staff and campaigns as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to interact with children and adults effectively.
• Flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends.
• CPR, First Aid, AED within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Promotes YMCA values and character development in program activities.
• Plans and leads sport drills and teaches game rules.
• Facilitates informal games and scrimmages.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness and equipment; assists setup/breakdown.
• Maintains program records and positive engagement with members.
