Responsibilities include planning practices, conducting tryouts, organizing games, communicating with parents and staff, maintaining equipment, and promoting a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at middle school or high school level preferred.
• Strong knowledge of baseball rules, strategies, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive environment for all players.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Background check required per school policies.
• Evenings and weekends availability during baseball season.

• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance the athletic program.
• Attend coaching clinics and workshops to stay current with coaching techniques.
• Maintain equipment and ensure facilities are ready for practices and games.
